Learn to Play Hockey sessions will resume on June 20th!

 We will be splitting our Learn to Play into 2 sessions to help keep numbers to a minimum and allow safe social distancing.

  • Session One
  • All center of the ice players (Level 1a and 1b)
    • 8am– 8:45am
  • Session Two 
  • All right side (Score board level 2) & Left Side (Zamboni end Level 3) players
    • 9:30am – 10:15am
  •  KCIC is taking extra precautions to ensure that our guests and employees are safe. This is our top priority. 
  • Please check out our COVID-19 guidelines on our website.
  •  All loaner equipment including skates, helmets, shin pads, elbow pads, and breezers will be disinfected after each use.
  • Assigned seating in lobby or locker room will be given at check in.

classes are:
 11:30 am - 12:00 pm
(Snowplow 1, 2, Parent & Me, Basic 1, 2, 3, 4, Adult 1, 2, 3)
12:05 pm - 12:35 pm
(Snowplow 3, 4, Basic 5, 6, Pre-Freeskate, Freeskate 1, 2, 3, 4, & Adults 4, 5,  6)

Early Spring Learn to Skate Classes resume = 6/20 and 6/22

Learn to Skate  will be resuming to finish out the 4 weeks of the program that were suspended due to the shutdown. In an effort to provide a safe and inviting return to skating., KCIC is implementing the following changes for the Learn to Skate program. The Learn to Skate program will be held on Mondays and Saturdays at the following times.

If you are in Snowplow 1, 2, 3, 4, Basic 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, Pre-Freeskate, Adult 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, you can pick one of these times to resume class for the remaining 4 weeks:

Mondays:
6:30p - 7p
7:05p - 7:35p

Saturdays:
12:00p - 12:30p
12:45p - 1:15p

Sign ups are closed.
 

If you are in Freeskate 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or Adult Freeskate class, you can choose from these following class times for your 4 remaining classes:


Mondays 
7:40p - 8:10p

Saturdays 
11:15a - 11:45a

Sign ups are closed.

PLEASE SIGN UP BY 6/17!

We will not be making up specialty classes at this time and a credit in your skater’s name will be held for future use.

Toys for the Snowplow classes will be sanitized after each use.

Dog policy

For the health and safety of our patrons, we are no longer allowing pets into the building. Service dogs are always welcome here at KCIC.

Home School Skate*****CANCELLED

Home School Skate is offered for the home schooled skaters and their families only (not if you are home from school).  It is every first and third Friday of the month. The time of the skate is from 1:45p - 3:00p.  Cost is $3 for children 5 and older, with parents skating for Free! 

Look to resume this September 4, 2020
