Red Rockets Falls To Les Dujoix 6-3

Dierik Perezrosales fires the hat trick while Les Dujoix scores two goals in the first, goes on to win the game

Les Dujoix overcame Red Rockets 6 - 3 at KCIC on Sunday. Les Dujoix outscored Red Rockets two to one to jump in to the lead at the end of the first period. As the second period unfolded, Les Dujoix outscored their opponents by two goals and kept the lead. Les Dujoix's defense shut down Red Rockets for the rest of the game. With both teams scoreless in the third period, Les Dujoix protected its lead, and was the winner.

Turning in a great performance for Les Dujoix, Dierik Perezrosales scored the hat trick with three goals and also had one assist. Things got going when Les Dujoix's Perezrosales scored an unassisted goal with 9:43 left in the first period. During the second period, with 10:56 left Perezrosales put the biscuit over the goal line with an assist from Kari Walberg. During the second period, with 8:00 left Perezrosales put the biscuit over the goal line with an assist from Paul Dennis.

Les Dujoix's Rex Husted stopped 25 out of 28 shots to get the win. Red Rockets's Bob Klem had just 23 saves on 29 shots to get the loss.

Les Dujoix ended the game with a record of 14 wins and 8 losses. Red Rockets finished the game with a record of 5 wins and 15 losses.
