KCIC is the place to be for youth hockey players. We are the home of the Kansas City Stars Youth Hockey Association. The Stars, founded in 1999, is the area's largest club with 400 members and is staffed by highly experienced elite level coaches including several who have played at the NHL and Division I college level.
Stars coaches are educated and certified through USA Hockey, the national governing body for all hockey in the United States.
Stars offer travel and house teams for players age 4-18. Stars teams compete in top leagues in the midwest and St. Louis area.
KC Stars is lead by former NHL player and NCAA Champion, Tom Tilley who serves as the Stars Hockey Director.
